Welcome to Ohtoku HP!

 

 We are running the restaurant since 1980, located in Nakagawa ward in Nagoya city Japan.

 

Food is always changing dramatically,we are also making some up date, however we hope we can keep on our style. because  we respect the identity of Sushi, the gift of nature and history.

 

 We hope the customers will have some joyful time in our restaurant.

大徳(おおとく)HPをご覧くださいましてありがとうございます。当店は昭和54年開業、名古屋市中川区にあるすし・うなぎ店です。

 

 食の多様化、進化が進む中、当店としては当店らしい形で時代に寄り添いながらお客様の笑顔のためにあるべき姿を追究してまいりたいと思います。よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Many fish sellers come to our restaurant , because the area is former fishermans port"SHIMONOISHIKI".

We cannot tell a lie about fish to these customers in the area.

We hope customers have some fruitful time in our restaurant.

魚のプロの多い町ですので裏表なく営業を続けております。豊かな時間を心地よくお過ごしいただけるよう願っております。

 

 

鮮(freshness)

Basically, we serve natural fishes,as I have said, because there are many fish sellers in the area"SHIMONOISHIKI". They take it for granted having  natural fishes, once they go out to eat.

We aim those fish sellers will satisfy with our dishes,hoping we can serve good fishes to every customers.

基本的に天然のお魚を提供しております。当店の位置する名古屋市中川区の下之一色町は今でも現役の魚のプロが多い町です。その魚のプロの方々にもご納得いただける品質を常に心がけております。

 Edomae style have five kind of cook, Sujime( vineger soaked low fish), KOBUJIME(add flavor of KOMBU seawead)

Zuke( soaked fish in soy source)

Nimono(boiled in hot soup and other

               ingredient)

 Yuderu(boiled in hot water)
